REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that circumstances change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
Session Cancellations
• More than 24 hours’ notice: Reschedule options available
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% cancellation fee or rescheduling option available
• No-show: 100% Cancellation Fee for Initial and Ongoing Consultations and Payment in advance for Future Bookings.
Program Packages
At Natural State Hypnosis, all session packages and programs are designed to support meaningful, client-led transformation. Your commitment to the process is essential.
We do not offer refunds for unused sessions where a client chooses not to engage with the program, cancels without notice or discontinues participation. This includes partial use of multi-session packages.
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Natural State Hypnosis. Any approved refund will be processed via the original payment method.
By booking a session or package, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Digital Products or Downloads
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not available once materials have been accessed or downloaded.
How to Request a Refund
Please email ange@naturalstatehypnosis.com.au with your name, booking details, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
